This Device Plays Fetch With Your Dog So You Don't Have To

You got a dog. You wanted one, went to the Humane Society, and picked one up. Nice. But now you realize that you've made a huge mistake—it's way more responsibility than you ever realized. What do you do? You can't take it back; you'd feel way too guilty. (Plus, the 48-hour grace period is over, and you'd lose your $75.) Fear not, there is a solution. It's called iFetch, and it does exactly what it sounds like.

iFetch launches mini-tennis balls all over the yard; when your dog retrieves one and drops it back in the funnel, the process starts all over again. Fetch, drop, repeat. All the while, you can let out a sigh of relief, turn back to your Netflix or martini, and be satisfied with a job well done.

It seems frivolous, but the iFetch has actually won some awards and enjoys many glowing reviews on Amazon (it has three stars). And why not? Its functionality could be a huge help. If you've lost your hands in a freak hang-gliding accident, you and your Boomer might really need this. If you're really set on getting your dog ready to interact with its future masters when the robot apocalypse comes, good on ya!

Ridiculous as it is, there's something undeniably endearing about it.
