Get To Know Topo Designs' Gorgeous Outdoor Gear

We've been enamored with Topo Designs stuff for a while now, ever since we first fell in love with its unique blend of retro vibes and modernity. Designed and made in Colorado (THAT'S THE U.S.A. PEOPLE), Topo Designs keeps it simple with their distinctive design language so their gear looks at home in the outdoors. Since today is the first day of spring, we've put together some of our favorite Topo stuff so you can take advantage of winter's death and get outside.

Klettersack- $169
A "klettersack" is a classic climbing pack, and Topo rewrote the book on this one. One of their flagship products, this marriage of retro and contemporary design makes this one of our favorite packs. With Topo's signature lash tabs and heavy-duty construction, this 22.4 liter pack is perfect for everything.

Fleece Jacket - $129
While Patagonia has pretty much cornered the market for a quarter-button fleece jacket, Topo's version is an impressive response. Made with classic Polartec 200 fleece, this pullover is shining proof that dad-chic can be awesome.

Ranger Hat - $32
Designed in homage to the classic Park Ranger lid, this cap is an outdoorsy alternative to today's flatbrims with its patch and leather strap.

Rover Pack - $139
This pack is slightly smaller than the Klettersack, but retains the similar two-buckle top opening design, water bottle pockets, laptop sleeve, and compression straps. We're pretty into this two-tone design as well.

Chambray Shirt- $119
Like many of their products, Topo's take on the classic chambray shirt straddles the line between the trail and the street. With its subtle cowboy styling (the points!), this button up lets you keep your outdoor vibes if you have to class up the joint.

Mountain Jacket- $279
Topo's Mountain Jacket shoots more towards the city than the mountain, but it's still a solid piece of gear. Made of water-resistant nylon, this everyday jacket has enough pockets for a photographer and can transform into a pillow.

Roll Top- $189
Along with the Travel Bag, this is Topo's largest pack at 29.4 liters. With a ton of straps and the convenience of an expandable storage section — the advantage of a roll top — this pack is good for everything from hiking to biking. Like most Topo bags, it's made of Cordura 1000d to shield it from the elements.
